Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEIPNP)
Home / programs / Canada

Overview

In the spring of 2011, the Government of Prince Edward Island introduced new streams to the PEIPNP which continue to build on the Program's successful record of attracting business people and skilled workers to immigrate and settle in Prince Edward Island.

Business Impact Category

The Business Impact Category supports foreign nationals who are interested in owning and operating a business in PEI and who would like to apply for a nomination for permanent residency through the PEI PNP. Priority will be given to applicants who have the greatest potential to become economically established in PEI.

The Work Permit Stream is for applicants who are interested in coming to PEI on a work permit and operating a business for a minimum of one year prior to receiving a nomination for permanent residency. After meeting the program criteria, the applicant will be required to sign a Business Impact Work Permit Performance Agreement. BCI ADVANTAGE

Applicants may apply directly to the Business Impact Category or use an approved Island Agent

Any applicant using a paid representative must use an approved Island Agent. Failure to submit your file through an Island Agent when using a paid representative will result in an immediate decline for nomination.

The Island Agent will be available to assist the applicant throughout the immigration process

This assistance will begin with the application and will end when the applicant is settled as a resident of Prince Edward Island. Throughout this time frame, the applicant will be able to rely on their Island Agent to make their integration into the Prince Edward Island business community more seamless.

Bether Capital PEI Inc ., is one of only nine Island Agents approved

by the government of Prince Edward Island.

The President of Bether Capital PEI Inc., Glen Kennedy, CPA, CA, RCIC
